The Diploma of Technician (DT) in Information Technology is a 4-year vocational training program at Lycée

Assessments & Reviews
Module Assessment

- Each module is assessed on a scale of 60 points
- Minimum 30 points required to pass a module
- Compulsory modules must score at least 20 points
Points scale per module (out of 60 total points)
Intermediary Review (After 4 Semesters)
- Must pass all fundamental modules
- Must complete 6-week internship (4th semester)
- Failed complementary modules don’t need to be retaken if review passed
- Any compulsory module has been rated at least 20 points
Final Review (After 8 Semesters)
- Must pass all fundamental modules (except one internship)
- Must complete second 6-week internship (8th semester)
- Must successfully complete Final Integrated Project (PIF)
- Any compulsory module has been rated at least 20 points
Admission Requirements
- 5G diploma completed at globally advanced or basic level
- Mathematics: sufficient advanced coursework or strong basic coursework
- Pass entrance exams in English and Mathematics
- Submit application for admission
Graduation Prospects
Upon successful completion of the DT in Information Technology, graduates can:
- Enter the workforce as IT professionals in various roles
- Pursue Master Craftsmanship (Brevet de Maîtrise) while working
- Bridge to General Secondary Education (ESG) in ‘2e’ (12th year)
- Advanced Technical Studies (BTS – Brevet de Technicien Supérieur)
- University Studies through preparatory modules
